Chef Steele, Adelaide Catering


Todd Steele, the man behind Chef Steele, is passionate about good food.

Todd was born and bred on the Fleurieu Peninsula and is now raising his three children in Toddbeautiful Willunga.

Todd has 15 years experience in the kitchen, including 8 years as Head Chef at the Victory
Hotel at Sellicks.  Living and working in the heart of the Fleurieu means Todd is spoilt for
choice when it comes to using fresh local produce in his catering business. Think squid from
Sellicks, snapper from Aldinga, lamb from Normanville, and of course, wine from the
McLaren Vale wine region - these are just a few of the star ingredients Todd uses from the
Fleurieu Peninsula.

Todd does catering for all size functions, corporate or private.  Whether it is a business
lunch for a few or a wedding reception for many, Todd listens to your requests and
customises your catering to suit your event style and budget. And if you aren’t sure
what style event you want, or where you will hold it, Todd can help with venue selection,
themes and layout.

Consulting

Todd Steele has many years’ experience of best kitchen practices.  Drawing on his
knowledge and experience he can analyse current kitchen practices, menu costing, kitchen
functionality and kitchen layout and design. Using his intimate knowledge of local
producers and suppliers, Todd can also assist you in getting the best result from your
stock purchases. 

Contracting

Todd is available as a contract chef, whether it is for casual hours, to cover chefs on leave,
or to provide an extra pair of hands for special functions.
